This scholarship helps Minnesota undergraduates. Criteria: * U.S. citizen or permanent resident * Minnesota resident * High school graduate, GED recipient or at least 17 years old * Enrolled in a Minnesota diploma, certificate or degree program * Taking at least three credits * Have no defaulted state SELF or federal student loans * Do not owe the OHE for state grant overpayment * Have not earned a bachelor's degree previously * Not more than 30 days past due on child support payments. Requires: Completion and filing of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
