Students must be a full member of the Oklahoma National Guard by the start of their first semester of college. Applicants must be certified in good standing by the Adjunct General. Students must be residents of Oklahoma. Applicants must not already hold an undergraduate or graduate degree. Students must meet all requirements of the institution.
