Applicants must be U.S. citizens or legal residents and Tennessee residents who are graduating high school seniors. They must have plans to attend an eligible Tennessee undergraduate institution full-time and have a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Applicants must have a combined math and reading SAT score of at least 1280 or an ACT composite score of 29 or higher. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.
