Applicants must be children, grandchildren or great-grandchildren of veterans who served in the Armed Forces during World War I, World War II, the Korean Conflict, the Vietnam War, Grenada/Lebanon, Panama or the Persian Gulf. Students must be high school seniors and be New York State residents and U.S. citizens.
