Applicants must be children, grandchildren or great-grandchildren of Armed Forces veterans of World War I, World War II, the Korean Conflict, the Vietnam War, Grenada/Lebanon, Panama or the Persian Gulf. Students must be high school seniors and must be U.S. citizens and New York State residents.
