Applicants must be high school seniors, Legionnaires or their descendants or spouses or surviving spouses or children of members of the U.S. military who died on active duty or from injuries incurred on active duty. Applicants must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and have scored at least 25 on the ACT exam.
