Applicants must have family earnings which fall 200 percent or more below the poverty level. They should have clear and obtainable career goals as well as the proven desire and ability to complete the chosen academic program. Students must continue to remain residents of the state of Massachusetts throughout the program, and they must remain active in attendance at required meetings, workshops and retreats.
