Applicants must be a Bixby High School student for at least two years and have a minimum 3.0 GPA and an ACT of 21. Students must also be a U.S. citizen, plan to attend an accredited four-year college or university and plan to enroll as a full-time college student. Applicants must supply a detailed description of high school activities and honors and community services, two letters of recommendation, an official transcript, a cover letter and an application form.
