Applicants must be employed for at least two years as a paraprofessional in a Massachusetts public school and enroll in an undergraduate program leading to teacher certification, or be employed as a paraprofessional for less than two years and enroll in an undergraduate course of study leading to teacher certification in a high need discipline. Applicants must not have previously earned a bachelor's degree.
