Applicants must be graduating seniors or graduates of Martinsburg High School who have been accepted and will attend West Virginia University intending to major in a scientific field of study. Students must have good character and a GPA of 2.5 or higher. Priority shall be given to students who are unlikely to benefit from other scholarships or financial grants.
