Applicants must be a Bixby High School student enrolled in the Spartan Academy. Students must also be a U.S. citizen, plan to attend a community college, vocational or trade school and plan to enroll as a full-time college student. Applicants must supply a detailed description of high school activities and honors and community services, two letters of recommendation from teachers at the Spartan Academy, an official transcript, personal statement regarding educational goals, a cover letter and an application form.
