Applicants must be high school seniors at a Pennsylvania high school with a minimum 3.0 GPA and be planning to enroll full-time at a four-year college or university for the upcoming academic year. Applicants must also plan on taking at least nine credits of government, civics and/or U.S. history by the fall term of their junior year. Students should provide proof of financial need.
