Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll in a full-time undergraduate program at an accredited college or university in the state of Texas. Students must be a dependent or service member to one of the following: active duty personnel, military veteran, National Guard Reserve, Air National Guard, surviving spouse of deceased personnel in one of the previous or a contracted ROTC cadet. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident. A minimum 3.0 GPA or higher is required.
