Applicants must be attending an Independent Colleges of Washington (ICW) member institution, namely Whitworth University, St. Martin's University, Gonzaga University, Pacific Lutheran University, Whitman College, University of Puget Sound, Walla Walla University, Heritage University, Seattle University or Seattle Pacific University. They must be rising undergraduate juniors or seniors who are majoring in business or a related subject and must demonstrate financial need. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.
