This scholarship helps outstanding Utah students. Criteria: * Utah public high school senior * Nominated by school in one of 13 categories * Selection is based on scholarship (50 percent), leadership (25 percent) and community service/citizenship (25 percent) * Applications available: From your school's Sterling Awards organizer. Requires: ID page, application form, transcript, proof of ACT scores, principal's report, standardized test data sheet and letter of recommendation.
