Applicants must be Tennessee residents who have applied for federal aid and have an Expected Family Contribution of $2,100 or less. They must be enrolled at least half time at an eligible Tennessee institution of higher learning and maintain satisfactory academic progress. They may not be in default on a loan or owe a refund on any grant previously received for education.
