Applicants must be graduating seniors from a Berkeley or Jefferson County high school or home-school who plan to attend a college or university in West Virginia. Financial need, extra curricular activities, good conduct will be taken into consideration. A minimum 2.0 GPA is required. Priority will be given to students who are unlikely to receive other scholarships such as the West Virginia PROMISE.
