Students must hold a significant campus leadership position and demonstrate significant leadership skills and abilities. Students must also be making significant contributions through on- or off-campus volunteering. Applicants must also be current undergraduate or graduate students in Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, western Pennsylvania or West Virginia.
