Applicants must be high school seniors who are preparing to enter freshman year of college or university. Entrants must reside in Tennessee, Mississippi or Arkansas. Applicants may not be related to any employee or sitting board member of the Bird Dog Foundation. Students who are residents of any of the 50 states and who are affiliated with a bird hunting or sporting dog club are eligible to apply.
