Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be the child or grandchild of an employee or spouse of an employee who reports to The F.P. Horak Company or Digital Imaging Center located in Bay County, MI. Students must submit two letters of recommendation, a FAFSA application, a current transcript, a personal essay and an acceptable portrait photo as a JPEG or PNG along with their application.
