Applicants must have a permanent residence in the NACE Western Area which includes the following states: Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington. Applicants must take courses offered by an accredited college or university, industry or programs approved by the area upon application. Selection is based on the overall strength of information provided by the applicant.
