Applicants must be New Jersey residents for at least 12 months prior to college enrollment, and they must enroll full-time in an approved state college. Students must show outstanding academic achievement in high school through SAT scores and transcripts. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be in the top five percent of their class.
