Applicants must be Vermont residents who are accepted into or enrolled in an undergraduate degree program, a certificate program, a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree program or a University of Vermont College of Medicine degree program. They must attend or plan to attend school full-time. Applicants who have earned a bachelor's degree previously are ineligible. Selection is based on financial need.
