Criteria: * Wisconsin resident * Served in the U.S. armed forces in active duty for two consecutive years, completed initial active service obligations, accumulated at least 90 days of active duty during wartime or have received or become qualified to receive an expeditionary or service medal * Received an honorable discharge * Working toward a degree or certificate * Minimum 2.0 GPA * Funds awarded upon course completion.
