Applicants must have served a minimum 90 days of active duty and must have a household income of less than $50,000 (plus $1,000 for each dependent in excess of two dependents). Students must also have not earned a bachelor's degree and will receive reimbursed tuition and fees once they have successfully completed a course at an eligible UW, technical college or approved private institution of higher education.
