This scholarship helps financially needy Virginia students. Criteria: * U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen * Virginia resident * Attending a Virginia public postsecondary institution (undergraduates only) * Enrolled at least half-time (undergraduates only) or full-time (graduate students only) * Enrolled in an eligible graduate program in Virginia (graduate students only) * Must demonstrate financial need (undergraduates only).
