Applicants must be graduating seniors or graduates of Hedgesville High School or Berkeley Springs High School within the last 18 months. Students may attend a two- or four-year college or university. Financial need, academic preparation, leadership and service to the community will be taken into consideration. Scholarship may be renewable with a 3.0 GPA.
