Applicants must be graduating seniors from a Berkeley or Jefferson County high school. Financial need and academic preparation will be taken into consideration. A minimum 3.0 GPA is required. Priority will be given to students who are unlikely to receive other scholarships such as the West Virginia PROMISE. Scholarship is multi-year and will be divided equally during the course of study.
